According to the current epidemic prevention and control measures in our city, In order to further standardize the market price order, prevent the occurrence of various price violations, and ensure stable supply prices of prevention and control materials and living materials, the relevant matters are hereby reminded as follows:

1. All operators We must strictly abide by the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on Clearly Marked Prices and Prohibition of Price Fraud" and other price laws and regulations that will be officially implemented starting this month. We must do a good job in clearly marking prices and consciously achieve price self-discipline. Operate with integrity.

2. All operators must take the initiative to assume social responsibilities, participate in social governance, cooperate with relevant government departments to ensure market supply and stabilize prices, and provide consumers with reasonably priced prevention and control pharmaceutical supplies and daily necessities while maintaining a stable market price order.

3. Operators are not allowed to fabricate or spread price increase information, drive up prices, hoard goods, promote commodity prices to rise too high or too fast, or disrupt the market price order.

4. Operators shall not collude with each other to manipulate market prices and damage the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers; they shall not engage in price monopoly behavior that eliminates or restricts competition.

5. Operators are not allowed to commit the following price fraud acts:

Falsely claiming that the prices of goods and services are government-priced or government-guided prices;

Officially selling goods and services at low prices Lure consumers or other operators into settling at high prices;

Sell goods or provide services through false discounts, price reductions or price comparisons;

When selling goods or providing services , using deceptive or misleading language, text, numbers, pictures or videos to indicate prices and other price information;

Refuse to perform or not fully perform price commitments without justifiable reasons;

Fail to indicate or significantly weaken the indication of price conditions that are unfavorable to consumers or other operators, and induce consumers or other operators to conduct transactions with them;

Use points, gift certificates, exchange coupons, vouchers, etc. as discounts When paying the price, refuse to discount the price as agreed;

Other price fraud.

6. Operators are not allowed to sell goods or provide services at an additional price in addition to the marked price, charge any unmarked fees, or otherwise violate the clearly stated price regulations.

7. All relevant industry associations should give full play to the role of industry self-discipline demonstration and actively guide industry operators to operate legally.

The city’s market supervision department will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of market prices during the epidemic prevention and control period. For illegal acts that are still not rectified after reminders and warnings, the market supervision department will punish them in accordance with the law; for serious cases and egregious nature, Typical cases will also be publicly exposed through the news media; those suspected of criminal offenses will be transferred to the public security department for handling in accordance with the law.
