Steamed tofu with bacon?
Cut the bacon into 3*3cm pieces, and cut the tofu into 3-4 cm square pieces.
In a deep dish, put the tofu on the bottom of the dish, sprinkle a pinch of salt (because my bacon is not very salty, you can increase or decrease the salt as appropriate in this step), and then spread a layer of bacon on the tofu. Pour the cooking wine evenly.
Steam in a steamer with high fire, and steam after boiling 15-20 minutes. Done ~
