Method for separating and cooking eggs from egg white and yolk
1, chisel method

This is one of the most commonly used methods to separate egg yolk and egg white. Put the egg upright and cut a small hole at the bottom (not too big, or the yolk will flow out, don't forget to put a bowl or something under the egg). Then slowly shake the eggs, and the egg whites will all flow into the bowl. This method is simple and feasible, and it is very simple without other tools.

2. Bottle suction method

Beat the eggs in a bowl and suck the yolk into the bottle with an empty mineral water bottle. Tilt the bottle when sucking eggs, or the yolk will slide back. Wash the bottle as clean as possible before using the egg yolk. This method must aim the bottle mouth at the egg yolk, which is more technical and not easy to suck the egg white.

3, colander method

Another way is to directly scoop out the yolk with a larger colander after beating the egg into a bowl. Be careful not to cut the yolk with a colander. After the egg white flows into the bowl, the egg white and yolk are successfully separated.

4, chopsticks stamp

Find the small head of the egg and poke a slightly larger hole with chopsticks to ensure that the egg white can flow out smoothly. Don't poke too deep, or you will pierce the yolk. Turn the egg over and poke a hole in the position where the big head of the egg is perpendicular to the first hole. Compared with these two holes, the hole with small head is bigger and the hole with big head is smaller. Slowly, you can see that the hole in the small head has begun to release egg white. Continue to shake, a lot of egg white flows into the bowl, and it is very clear, and there is no extra egg skin or yolk mixed in it.
