Home-cooked beef noodles practice daquan braised beef noodles
Ingredients: beef brisket 600g, carrot 1, coriander 1, ginger, onion, star anise 1, tsaoko 1, 2 nutmegs, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and tomato sauce 1 tablespoon.
Exercise:
1. Cut the beef into small pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, add half a piece of chopped ginger, cook for 1 min, and rinse the beef with warm water.
2. Dice carrots; Sliced ginger, chopped star anise.
3. Put the oil in the pan, stir-fry the beef, star anise, tsaoko and nutmeg together, then add the ginger and onion and stir well.
4. Stir-fry the soy sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce together, add hot water to boil, simmer until the beef is soft and rotten, add salt and carrots, and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
Spicy beef noodles
Ingredients: 600g beef, onion 15g, ginger 15g, a little noodles, vegetables, salt 10g, sugar 10g, 5ml soy sauce, tomato sauce 15g, and Chili sauce 15g.
Exercise:
1. Wash, blanch and cut beef into small pieces.
2. Put the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the beef pieces, stir-fry until the color changes, pour in various seasonings, add onion and ginger slices and water, and cook until the beef is rotten.
3. Put the water in the pot. When the water boils, pour in noodles, add some vegetables, turn off the heat, then fill the noodles and pour in beef and vegetables.
Beef and tomato noodles
Ingredients: cooked beef 1 piece, 2 tomatoes, dried noodles, chopped green onion, salt, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and coriander.
Exercise:
1. Cut the cooked beef into small pieces; Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and stir fry, pour in tomatoes and beef pieces, stir fry over high fire until tomatoes become paste, add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon black pepper, and stir fry evenly.
3. Pour enough boiling water, turn to low heat and cook over high heat 15 minutes later, open the lid, add the dried noodles, and turn to low heat until the dried noodles are cooked.
4. Add salt according to taste, turn off the fire, add a little monosodium glutamate, sesame oil and chopped parsley.
