Asparagus fried rice: very simple. Stir-fry a few whistles first, then add the asparagus cut into small pieces. Stir-fry and mix in the rice.
Steamed pumpkin: I found that steamed pumpkin is much sweeter than boiled pumpkin. This is also an unskilled pumpkin dish. When cooking, cut it into small pieces and steam it on the steamer of the rice cooker. When the rice is cooked, the pumpkin will be steamed.
Sweet-skinned duck: Yes, I never expected to make this myself.
There is another dish: it's a mess. I don't even know its name. It contains potatoes, onions, green peppers and eggs.

Love box lunch 2: pork asparagus roll+shrimp skin cauliflower+bean sprouts
Pork asparagus roll: cut the tenderloin into large pieces, then wrap it with asparagus, fry it in a pot until it changes color, and then stew it with soy sauce.
Shrimp skin cauliflower: blanch cauliflower first, then add shrimp skin and carrot to thicken.
Stir-fried bean sprouts: after the oil is heated, add a few dried peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. You should put more pepper. It slipped my mind. Then add bean sprouts, and it will be ok if the fire keeps stirring.

Love box lunch 3: fried eggplant clip+vegetarian fried asparagus
First of all, the asparagus on that meal is idle and fun. After shooting pp, I still ate it.
Fried eggplant clips: Today's eggplant clips are stuffed with meat. Cut the eggplant into thick slices first, then cut it. Be careful not to cut it off, so as to wrap the meat. Then dip it in the paste made of eggs, water and flour, and fry it in a pot until both sides are golden.
Stir-fried asparagus: cut asparagus and stir-fry with some oil and salt.
And a little carrot. After the water is cooked, soak it in the soup of Busch Chicken.

Love box lunch 4: Steamed pork ribs with glutinous rice+fried tri-color peppers+octopus
Steamed ribs with glutinous rice: I've done it before. If you are interested, please refer to box lunch No.54.
Stir-fry three-color peppers: red, yellow and green peppers are shredded and fried together. I separated them after frying.
Rice is wrapped in crispy sausage, cut a few times and cooked in soup. It looks like a small octopus, but it is actually a small octopus without eyes and nose.

Love box lunch five: fried beef+scallion oil water bamboo+cold cowpea
Stir-fried beef: slice beef, marinate with soy sauce and starch, slice green pepper, add hot oil, saute ginger, onion and garlic, fry beef first, and then fry green pepper when it is almost cooked.
Garlic oil and water bamboo: It looks a bit like shredded potatoes. Shred water bamboo, blanch it with boiling water, scoop it up and drain it, use a wok to heat oil, saute ginger, onion and garlic, add more onion and stir fry.
Cold cowpea: cut cowpea into small pieces, cook it in boiling water, and then soak it in the soup left by the chicken.
