Method:
1. Shred the toast, put it in bowl ①, add half the milk and stir. (about 5 minutes)
2. Beat the eggs into bowl 2 and stir (for three minutes). Add some sugar and stir. (5 minutes)
3. Pour ① ② bowls together, pour the remaining milk and sugar into them and stir. (5~ 10 minutes)
4. Put the mold on the plate, put the bowl in the mold and send it to the oven. (30 minutes)
