Home-style recipes for steamed pork intestines:
1. Prepare the pre-cleaned pork intestines and steamed pork seasoning packets.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water and cooking wine into the pot and put the sausage into the pot under cold water (because the sausage in this recipe was brought back from my hometown during the National Day holiday, it has been cleaned and boiled, but it has been frozen in the refrigerator. It also needs to be filled with water again) and bring to a boil over high heat. Take it out, cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
3. Put the oil bun, oil and light soy sauce in the steamed pork bun into the cut sausage and mix well.
4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the rice noodle bag, as shown in the picture below (the ratio used in this recipe: 150g of rice flour mixed with 175g of water, steamed to a moderate dryness).
5. Mix the soaked rice flour paste into the fat intestine basin and mix evenly (if you have enough time, you can leave it for about 2 hours after mixing).
6. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2-3 cm large pieces and spread them over the pot. Add enough water to the steamer to place the basin.
7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and steam for about 2 hours. In the meantime, wash and chop the coriander and set aside.
8. Take out the steaming basin, take another deep plate with a larger diameter than the steaming basin, and turn the basin over with both hands. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Introduction to fat intestines
Fat intestines are pig intestines, which are the internal organs of pigs. They are used to transport and digest food. They have strong toughness and are not as thick as pork belly. There is also an appropriate amount of fat. Pig intestines are also called fat intestines and are a common side food of pig offal.
According to the function of pig intestine, it can be divided into large intestine, small intestine and intestinal head. Their fat content is different. The small intestine is the thinnest and the intestinal head is the fattest. Stir-fried pig intestines are the most delicious.
