This pasta is made of Nousia sausage in a pan, with oil and onion, whipped cream, truffles and goat cheese. This is a simple recipe with few ingredients, but it is so delicious and smooth that you will want it to be part of your regular pasta menu.

Remove the casing from the sausage and break the meat. Peel and chop onions. Boil a large pot of water, add salt and cook. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and stir-fry until soft, then add minced sausage. Fry the sausage brown while stirring to avoid sticking together. Pour in the wine. Let the alcohol evaporate (while stirring). Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and cook with the juice of sausage itself 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Pour in the cream and simmer.
Add some truffle slices and half goat cheese. Reduce the sauce for 3-4 minutes, turn off the heat and cover the pot for later use. Cook spaghetti in salt water until it is chewy. Save some water for cooking spaghetti and drain it. Put it in the pot with sausage cream sauce. Stir the pasta and sauce with a small torch. Add the right amount of grated goat cheese, some freshly grated black pepper and truffle chips.
400g of spaghetti, 2-3 Italian pork sausages, white onion or yellow onion 1 root, black truffle 1-2 root, 200ml of whipped cream, 2 cups of white wine1/,50g of goat cheese, 3-4 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil, edible salt for spaghetti and black pepper for seasoning. One of my favorite breakfast burritos. I started with 10 inch tortillas. Put one on the plate. Cover it with three slices of cheddar cheese. Microwave the tortillas for 45 seconds. Fry 5 slices of bacon in a frying pan. Drain bacon, dry the frying pan, and fry 2 to 3 eggs. Take the tortillas out of the microwave. Put the bacon on the melted cheese, then the eggs. Put another tortilla and microwave for 30 seconds. Take it out and roll it up. Cut it in half. Twice.
