Mushroom Soup
Ingredients: 2 pieces of south tofu, 4 fresh mushrooms, a little leek and a little shredded carrot.
Seasoning: a little water starch, salt and chicken powder.
Exercise:
1. If you are afraid of the beany smell, you can scald the tofu with boiling water in advance, cut the mushrooms into small pieces, chop the shallots and shred the carrots.
2. A little oily chopped green onion in the pot.
3. Add appropriate amount of water, diced mushrooms and shredded carrots, then carefully drop tofu into the pot with a knife and boil it.
4. Add some salt, thicken water starch, add some chicken powder and sprinkle with onion.
