3. Click the "New Action" icon at the bottom of the panel to create a new action named "Batch Add Borders and Text". At this point, the button for the second recording action at the bottom of the panel is red, and it lights up to indicate that the recording action can be started now.
4. Create a new blank layer and get the layer 1.

Select the rectangular box selection tool, return to the options bar, click the drop-down list in the Style column, select Fixed Size, and then to the right, enter "width" as "100%" and "height" as "12%" (of course, you can enter the box you want to determine. 7. Deselect and get it. Click the Stop Play/Record button at the bottom of the operation panel.
Now, when you open any picture, just select the action you just recorded, and then click the play button at the bottom of the action panel to make pictures in batches.
If you think the above method is complicated, there is a simple method. Create a new layer, use the polygon selection tool or pen to cut off the border on this picture and save it as a PNG file. Then, after designing the text, drag the PNG graphic to the top of the text layer.
