Fried beef with bamboo shoots
Steps:
Peel and cut the dried bamboo shoots into pieces, put them in hot water, and blanch them with salt and white vinegar for 3-4 minutes (to make the dried bamboo shoots crisp and tasteless).
Cut the beef into small pieces, add a spoonful of salad oil, 2 tablespoons of oil consumption, 1 tablespoon of white pepper and a little starch, and finally put a spoonful of oil to catch water.
Dice ginger, mince garlic cloves, dice millet pepper, then prepare pickled pepper segments and a handful of coriander hot oil hotpot (more oil should be put), then pour in marinated beef and stir-fry it quickly with a little salt, and take it out quickly after discoloration.

Huai Hua mai fan
Steps:
Wash Sophora japonica, and use kitchen paper towels to absorb water.
Sprinkle a handful of flour so that every Sophora japonica flower is covered with flour.
Put it in a steamer, spread it with cage cloth/gauze, boil the water and steam it in the steamer 10 minute.
Sprinkle a little salt immediately after steaming and mix well, then add garlic paste, garlic moss and Chili noodles.
Burn some hot oil and pour it on it to stimulate the fragrance, and finally pour a little sesame oil.
Pepper Chicken
Steps:
Put the chicken leg in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, cook it, let it cool, and tear it into small pieces for use.
Roast pepper and green pepper in a pot without adding water or oil, and quickly pound them into powder for later use.
Shredded cucumber as the base, add chicken leg meat.

Steps:

Steps:
