1. Spread the eggs into egg skins and shred them.
2. Wash and shred the chicken and mix well with starch, a little salt and sugar.
3. Wash chopped green onion and cut it into chopped green onion
4. Pour oil into the pan, add shredded chicken, shredded shrimp and cooking wine, stir fry evenly, add rice and stir fry, and finally sprinkle with shredded eggs.
Exercise 2:
1. Cut the ham into small pieces.
2. Wash the cucumber, remove the pulp and seeds, and cut into small pieces.
3. Eggs can be put into a bowl, broken up and added with a little salt.
4. Wash and cook peas.
5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant, pour the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces, then pour the ham, cucumber and peas in turn and stir fry evenly.
6. Pour in the rice and stir fry. Add monosodium glutamate and salt to taste.
Exercise 3:
1, put the eggs into the bowl and add salt to break up.
2. Dice lettuce, sausage, fresh mushrooms and onions.
3. Put oil in the pan, fry the eggs until cooked, and then add diced lettuce, diced ham, diced mushrooms and diced onion.
4. Add rice and mix well. Season with salt and monosodium glutamate.
