Hai mi dong gua
Ingredients: 250g of fresh wax gourd, 0/0g of dried seaweed/kloc-,onion, Jiang Mo, Chili powder and salt.

A. Peel the wax gourd, wash it, cut it into pieces (don't cut it too thin, it's easy to fry) and put it on a plate.
