Shiitake mushrooms (i.e., winter mushrooms) are a world-famous treasure with crispy and tender meat, delicious flavor and rich nutrition. Since ancient times in my country, shiitake mushrooms have been known as the "Queen of Mushrooms" because they can prevent and cure many diseases. According to the "Daily Plants and Plants" of the Yuan Dynasty, shiitake mushrooms are beneficial to qi and muscles, and can treat wind and bleeding. Huang Fuji's "Compendium of Materia Medica Seeking Truth" of the Qing Dynasty also recorded that "Shiitake mushrooms are sweet in taste, can replenish qi, and help relieve urinary incontinence".
