Soak the vermicelli first, because the back is not hot, just add it. Peel and slice ginger. Only the lower part of the green onion is taken, and the green onion leaves are not needed. Star anise and pepper are ready.

Then clean the chicken, blanch it with boiling water, and take it out to control the water for later use.
