Cut the lean meat into slightly longer filaments and marinate with a little salt for a while. 2. Fried yuba with garlic sprout: raw materials: water-based yuba, garlic sprout, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, pepper noodles, cooking wine, clear soup, sesame oil, peanut oil and bean paste. Practice: 1. Cut yuba and garlic sprout into 5cm long sections. 2. Put the wok on a big fire, add base oil to the wok, heat it to 70%, add bean paste and pepper noodles, stir-fry until fragrant, then add garlic sprouts, yuba, clear soup, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt, and finally add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
