Fried toast:
Issue 1: Fresh shrimp and sesame toast
Ingredients: 1 slice of toast (thin slice), 2 fresh shrimps, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of flour, bread flour and white sesame seeds.
Practice: 1. Cut the toast into diamonds and remove the edges. Slice the shrimp, dip it in flour and egg juice and stick it on toast. Wrap the toast with bread flour and white sesame seeds.
2. Heat the oil to medium temperature, add the shrimp toast, and fry slowly with low fire.

Second place: fried French toast
Ingredients: 1 thick slice of toast, 1 egg, 2 coffee cream balls, 1/2 teaspoons of white sugar, 1/8 teaspoons of laurel powder, 1 slice of butter, and a little powdered sugar.
Practice: 1. Cut the toast into a trapezoid and remove the edge skin. Mix the soft candy and laurel powder, add the egg juice and stir well.
2. Add a little salad oil to the pot and keep it at medium and low temperature. After the toast is dipped in sugar and egg juice, fry it in a pot until golden brown. Turn it over immediately before frying.
3. Add a little butter, take it out immediately after dissolution and absorption, and pour a little powdered sugar.
Luo Songtang (Russian vegetable soup):
Ingredients: onion, carrot, celery, Chinese cabbage, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 red pepper, 3 laurel leaves, 1 lemon, 200g of tomato sauce, appropriate amount of stock, and 2 peeled tomatoes.
Practice: 1. Cut all the vegetables into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons salad oil, stir-fry garlic cloves, peppers and bay leaves, add vegetables and stir-fry until they are soft.
2. Add tomato sauce and continue to stir-fry until it is thick. Add broth and the same amount of water, boil for about half an hour, and then add sugar, salt, white pepper and chicken essence to taste.
3. Add tomato meat and cook for another two minutes. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice.
