Northerners eat jiaozi, southerners eat rice cakes, and Zhuang people eat zongzi. Zongzi is regarded as "aristocratic" food by Zhuang compatriots, and is called "Nianzong", which is used to worship ancestors or entertain guests. Zhuang people have been eating zongzi for thousands of years. Generally, it takes two days to cook a pot of zongzi, but this year's zongzi is different from what we usually eat.
