Heat a wok and pour oil, add a little garlic and ginger slices, add chicken and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add carrots, potatoes and onions and stir-fry with the chicken.
Stir-fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water and boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the fire and pour the curry blocks into the pot to dissolve.
When the curry pieces are completely dissolved and the soup thickens, the chicken curry pieces can be cooked.
