Until the time is displayed as 1: 50, the machine runs again, and the plastic wrap is quickly obtained. The machine starts to exhaust dough 1 min, and the time is displayed as 1: 49, and the machine stops. Continue to cover with plastic wrap, and then cover with toaster for secondary fermentation.

When the time of fermentation to the bread machine is displayed as 0: 50, the fermentation is completed and the machine enters the baking process. At this time, quickly open the lid, remove the plastic wrap, brush the reserved egg liquid on the dough surface, and then cover it and bake.

After 50 minutes, the machine will beep and the time will show 0: 00. Press and hold the OK key to cancel the program. Put on the heat-insulating gloves, take out the bread barrel, pour out the bread, take out the stirring blade at the bottom with the hook, and put the bread on the drying rack to dissipate heat.
