Ingredients: long bean, pork belly, onion, ginger, garlic and millet spicy.
Exercise:
1. Slice pork belly and put it in a bowl. Wash and blanch the small long beans for later use.
2. Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pot until both sides are slightly burnt, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil consumption and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry and color, add onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in beans, add a little salt and chicken essence and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
