1. In 1.8.8 and below, hold down the right Shift key, and then click the button in the center of the screen to open the menu.

2. In the version of 1.9, hold down the right Shift key, then click the button in the center of the screen, and then right-click to open the menu.

3. In some versions, you can click the button in the center of the screen with the right mouse button to open the menu.
