Recipe practice:
1. Fresh beef, cut (striped) into chunks 1CM wide. Put the chunks in a sealed box, pour in soy sauce, soak the beef in half, put in a seasoning bag, add a spoonful of cooking wine and a spoonful of soy sauce, cover them after mixing, and put them in the refrigerator for one night. If you are free, you can also look through it early the next morning.
2. The next day, put all the beef and juice in the sealed box into the pressure cooker, add half a bowl of water and appropriate amount of salt, and press 12 minutes.
3. Take it out, let it cool slightly, cut it into strips according to the texture, and then tear it by hand.
This is a piece of cutting. You can't eat that much. You can put it in the refrigerator and fry it when you eat.
5. Put oil in the pot, medium fire, add beef strips and fry until golden brown.
