How to make fish head tofu soup?

Wash the cut fish in the fish stall again and drain. Shred ginger, slice the middle of the cube tofu separately, and divide a cube tofu into 8 small pieces.

Wash coriander.

Add more oil and hot oil to the pot than cooking, and put the fish head in.

Put all the fish heads in the pot, turn to medium heat and fry for 3 minutes.

After frying for 3 minutes, the fish head turned over.

Pour in shredded ginger.

Add about 2 tablespoons of Chinese liquor (cooking wine) and fry for 5 minutes without covering the pot.

Time is up for five minutes. Change the position of the fish heads and fry them as brown as possible. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Braised fish is the key to white thick soup, and this step should be done well.

After the fish is fried, pour in 6 bowls of cold water.

Pour in tofu.

Cover the pot and stew the fish head and tofu soup for 8~ 10 minutes.

Thousands of stewed tofu and fish, this soup can be stewed for 30 minutes. There are many holes in tofu like frozen tofu, which is very delicious. We are pressed for time, and the stew 10 minutes tastes good.
