I used to hate eating some kinds of eggs, but others were acceptable.
Eat a lot:
1. Fried eggs
2. preserved eggs
Steamed egg
4. Boiled eggs or tea eggs with shells.
5. Boil eggs: Boil the water and put the eggs in/Don't destroy the yolk membrane/
6. Egg soup: laver egg soup, tomato egg soup, and other kinds such as meat foam egg soup.

8. Eat eggs as cakes
9. Fried rice with eggs
If you are completely allergic to eggs, it's over. It's not unusual to have children. Everyone who has been a mother has given birth to children. Just replace it with other nutrients. There are many things with high protein.
