I am a patient with severe pancreatitis. I was admitted to the intensive care unit on May 16 this year, transferred to the Department of Gastroenterology in the general ward on June 5, and discharged on July 6. From may 16 to June 30, she was completely dependent on nutrient solution to maintain her life. July 1, I was allowed to drink a little rice soup, actually 3 teaspoons, so I ate it.
The fruits I eat are mainly bananas, apples and pitaya, but these fruits must be steamed and easy to digest when cooked.
For three days, add half a steamed bread, egg white, a bowl of millet porridge and a little vegetable juice every day. This is the diet of the day, and I have been eating it until I leave the hospital.
Start adding meals after discharge.
Breakfast: half a bag of lotus root starch, half a steamed bread, one egg white and two eggplants are steamed and mixed with salt. It feels delicious.
Lunch, millet porridge, half a steamed bread, stewed broccoli, and boiled crucian carp in water. Never drink soup.
At dinner, put a persimmon or spinach in a Longxu Noodles cooked with clear water. Be sure to cook the dish badly, or it will be bad for digestion.
This is my diet for a week after I left the hospital. I am in good health and have no discomfort. (For reference only)
