Step 1
Add water to the flour to make a slightly thin batter, add an egg and stir well. (There are no eggs in the photo yet)
Second step
Mash beef, dice mushrooms, add starch and stir. At the same time, carrots were diced. (Because I made beef balls with mushrooms, then the carrots were diced. )
Third step
Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry the vegetable beef sauce in the pot until the beef changes color, and add a spoonful of ribs sauce. After frying, take it out and plate it.
Fourth step
Wash the pan, heat it to completely evaporate the water in the pan, add a little oil on low heat, put half the egg paste in the pan, and add the fried vegetables and beef foam when the noodles are not cooked.
Step five
Roll up the skin with a spatula, as shown in the figure.
Step 6
After rolling, pull it aside, add the remaining egg liquid, sprinkle with vegetables and beef foam, and continue rolling.

Roll, plate and cut into pieces.
