The method of dipping tofu in juice
The whole piece of tofu is steamed thoroughly in a steamer.
Put a proper amount of dried Chili noodles in the bowl and minced garlic for later use.
Put the oil in the wok, add a little pepper and a star anise, cut the onion into sections, put the ginger slices in the oil and fry them with low fire. When the onion slices turn yellow, you can take out all the seasonings in the wok and pour the hot oil directly on the Chili noodles and minced garlic in the bowl. Be careful that the oil temperature is not too high to avoid frying the pepper black.
Add soy sauce and soy sauce, a little sugar and salt to the dipping bowl, then cut some chopped green onion and sprinkle it on it.
I also put some old vinegar in it. You can keep it if you don't like it.
Cut the steamed tofu into pieces and eat it directly with the prepared dip.
