Liver mud porridge
Chicken liver -20g rice -20g water-1.5 cup. Remove membrane, tendon and chop chicken liver into mud for later use. After adding rice soup to boil, turn to low heat, cover the pot and stew until rotten, mix in liver mud and cook again.
Fish egg porridge
White rice-1/2 bowls of water-1 cup of small fish-10g egg yolk-1/2. Boil rice and water in a small pot until it is rotten. Take the small fish and put it in a pot for a small boil. Break the yolk and pour it on the porridge. Stir until it is cooked.
Vegetable bean curd sauce
Peel carrots-5g tender tofu-1/6 peas-1/2 egg yolk-1/2 water-1/2 cups soy sauce-a little. Blanch peeled carrots and peas and cut them into small pieces. Put water and (1) ingredients into a small pot, add tender tofu while pounding, add a little soy sauce, and cook until the soup becomes less. Finally, break the egg yolk and cook it in a pot.
