4. Add sesame oil and cook until the meatballs float. I don't put a lot of oil. I don't like to drink too greasy soup. There is oil in the meatballs. If you like more oil, you can put more.
5. After the meatballs float, add the washed and cut celery and add a little salt, chicken powder and pepper to serve. Meatballs are salty, so try salty before adding salt. It tastes better with some pepper?
6. Is it delicious when cooked? I'm greedy anyway. I like beef balls best. I don't have enough to eat.
