Ingredients: glutinous rice, rose petals, cooked lotus seeds, red dates, bean paste, lily and osmanthus.
1. Chop the cooked lotus seeds and dice the red dates.
2. Red dates, cooked lotus seeds, red bean paste and sweet-scented osmanthus are mixed into stuffing.
3. Knead the glutinous rice into a small cake by hand and wrap it with stuffing to make a rice ball. Cut up the lily and stick it on the outside of the rice ball, and steam it on the drawer for two minutes.
4. Cut the rose petals into filaments and wrap the steamed rice balls with rose filaments.
