250g wheat flour, 500g pork belly

Ingredients for braised pork: 500 grams of pork belly with skin, 2 segments of green onion, 2 slices of ginger, a stew meat package (1 star anise, 1 small piece of cinnamon, 1 grass fruit, 1 nutmeg, 1 small piece of galangal, 10 cloves, 20 Sichuan peppercorns, 2 pieces of tangerine peel, 2 pieces of Angelica dahurica, 3 bay leaves), 50 grams of rock sugar, 1000 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 hour of salt spoon
