Liaoning Fuxin specialties include Sangou wine, Fuxin peanut, fossil millet, Zhangwu black bean, Lama meat, Laohetu peanut, Zhangwu handmade mutton, Mingshui sweet potato, buckwheat zygote, Mongolian pie, Lama cake, buckwheat zygote, whole lamb soup, Fuxin mushroom, Fuxin agate, Zhangwu big flat almond and Angel big flat apricot.

Sangou Chinese spirit

Sangou liquor is a well-known product in Fuxin with a long history. It was first produced in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty, and has been brewing for more than 100 years. There are more than 30 varieties of Sangou series products, which are divided into four series of liquor: Luzhou-flavor liquor, nutritious liquor and Fen-flavor liquor. Sangou series wine is a famous brand product which is made of northeast high-quality sorghum and mineral water as raw materials, aged mud pits as pits, combined with ethnic minority brewing technology and modern technology, and fermented for 40 days, and is deeply loved by consumers.

Fuxin peanut

Fossil millet is a well-known product in Fossil Village, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province.
