How to eat Yu Qian:

1, Yu Qian steamed bread:

2. Steamed rice with money:

(1) Remove the stems of fresh elm seeds, rinse them with clear water several times, and control the moisture slightly.

(2) Put the drained elm into the pot and add a proper amount of flour, so that each elm is stained with flour, and don't have too much flour, which will affect the taste.

(3) Less than half a spoonful of salt. Not too salty, keep the scent of elm and mix well.

(4) Boil water in the pot, pour the elm covered with flour on the grass grate (cage cloth is also acceptable), and cover the pot.

(5) Steam on high fire for 8 minutes. If steamed or covered with flour, you can mix it with chopsticks in the middle to make it evenly heated and not easy to pinch.

(6) Garlic powder, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, spicy oil, sesame oil, add a little cold water, mix well, and pour it on glutinous rice when eating.

3, Yu Qian shrimp fried dumpling:

(1) Cut off the roots of Ulmus pumila and rinse them clean.
