Scleroderma is a connective tissue disease with progressive hardening of collagen fibers in skin and various systems, which can be divided into simple scleroderma and systemic scleroderma. The clinical manifestations will be different due to different sites or different involved systems. For example, localized sclerosis is mainly a skin symptom. If other symptoms are involved, the patient may also be involved in the lungs, stomach, intestines and so on. And patients may have difficulty swallowing, chewing, and even pulmonary fibrosis, and then may appear.
