The order of ingredients is: Lotus House, Fish, Sanjiu Liquor, Four Salts, Five Ginger, Six Honey Water, Seven Chrysanthemums and Eight Water Chestnuts, and the cooking method is only steaming.
The tender room in the lotus was stripped and the ground was cut off, leaving a hole.
