Ingredients: Momordica charantia 1, 300g of sour beans, and 50g of pork1.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, a little salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, 5~6 cloves of garlic, raw flour.
Exercise:
Soak sour beans in rice washing water for 10 minute, then wash and cut into small pieces for later use;
Bitter gourd is cut into strips, and the water is too cold;
Slice pork, add salt, soy sauce and raw flour and mix well;
Add oil to the hot pot, saute the garlic, pour the meat slices into the wok and serve out;
Add oil to the original pot, pour the sour beans into the pot and stir fry;
Then pour in bitter gourd and add a little water to stew;
Finally, pour the meat slices into the stew, add salt and soy sauce to taste, and then take out the pot.
