1. Wash and drain the chicken, wipe the inside and outside with salt and wine and marinate for half an hour?
2. Steam the whole chicken in a steamer for 20 minutes, take it out and put it on a plate. If it's not delicious enough, can you make a plate of ginger?
3. Boil the eggs with water, shell them, cut them into small pieces with an egg cutter and put them around as side dishes.
