Preparation method:
1. Mix room temperature fresh milk and pure yogurt bought in the market at a ratio of 10:1 proportion or 1 liter of fresh milk plus a pack of lactobacilli and pour it into the yogurt bucket. Stir evenly and close the lid of the yogurt bucket. Then put the yogurt bucket into the infrared thermostat of the yogurt machine. Cover the upper cover of the yogurt machine and plug in the power. Power supply;
2. Turn on the computer, the power indicator light is on, press the power button once to enter the time setting, and set the production time according to the method introduced in the panel introduction. The length of time depends on personal taste and room temperature. Different settings are required. If you want to make thicker, you can set the time longer. If the room temperature is higher, it will also speed up the production of yogurt. Generally, it can be set to 4-7 hours;
3 .After setting the time, press the "Start" button to start the yogurt machine. At this time, the set time will be displayed on the LED display, and the reminder light will flash continuously, indicating that the yogurt machine is in working condition. When the set time is reached, the yogurt machine will emit three beeps of "B, B, B" to remind you that the yogurt has been made;
4. If you need to stop making during the making process, press " Press the "Power" button to return the yogurt machine to standby mode. At this time, the time can be reset as needed.
