The practice is as follows:
Ingredients: trotters 200g, peanuts 50g.
Seasoning: 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp rice wine, 2 tsp soy sauce.
Practice: Scrape pig's trotters clean, cut into pieces, and slightly boil off blood; Wash peanuts for later use.
