Composition:
Soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, eggs.
Exercise:
1. Wash the ribs with water, pour in soy sauce, white sugar, yellow wine and water starch, add garlic cloves, and marinate for 2-3 hours to taste;
2. Break up the eggs, add a little starch and stir into an egg paste. Pour oil into the pot (more, because it is fried ribs). When it is 70% hot, wrap the ribs in the egg paste and fry them in the oil pan. When it is almost cooked, drain the oil and pick it up for use;
3. Shred green peppers and ginger, and put them in an oil pan for frying;
4. Add the previously fried ribs, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry for a while until the salt and pepper are evenly coated on the surface of the ribs.
