Experience of learning the Measures for the Administration of Health Care in Kindergartens

First, study hard.

Laws and regulations are the guide and soul of all work. Therefore, the faculty and staff of the whole park have carefully studied the Food Hygiene Law, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, and the Regulations on School Health Work. Learning these laws and regulations will enable us to have laws to follow in health work.

Second, the specific work and measures

(A) leadership attention

It is not enough to study alone, and the content of learning must be infiltrated into practical work. Therefore, according to the requirements of "School Health Work Regulations", we put the kindergarten health work into the work plan and agenda of the unit, and there is special health care work in the monthly work arrangement of the kindergarten. This includes the steps from the prevention and treatment of food poisoning to the arrangement of children's healthy life to how to operate and divide meals for children. It can be said that kindergarten leaders attach great importance to health work and put it in a very important position.

(2) Strengthen the work of health care teachers.

1, strictly implement the "prevention first" health care policy, ensure admission to the park, and do a good job in children's health examination.

1) We require freshmen to have a valid experience card before entering the park. You must have a physical examination again after leaving the park for three months. Conscientiously carry out morning check-up, so as to achieve the method of "one look, two touches, three questions and four checks", find problems in time, deal with them in time, report infectious diseases in time, do a good job of terminal disinfection, and resolutely prevent the source of infection from entering the class.

2) Do a good job in daily disinfection, urge nurses and nutritionists to operate in strict accordance with the disinfection routine requirements, and adopt a combination of regular inspection and irregular spot check.

3) Cooperate with teachers to do a good job in children's health care according to factors such as seasons. For example, in the season of high incidence of common diseases (March and April), we should closely observe the daily changes of children with teachers, strengthen fumigation and air disinfection and sterilization, and reduce the occurrence of common diseases. For another example, in the prone period of intestinal infectious diseases (June), more attention was paid to strengthening food inspection and acceptance and children's food hygiene.

2, strictly implement the safety system, strengthen the publicity of safety, hygiene and health care knowledge.

1) regularly patrol and inspect large toys, activity facilities and sports equipment in kindergartens. If unsafe factors or hidden dangers are found, deal with them in time to ensure the safety of children. At the same time, teachers use the time of group activities to organize children to learn specific safety knowledge, strengthen children's self-protection in activities, and prevent accidents.

2) Use the galleries, foyer, publicity column at the door of the classroom and other spaces in kindergarten to publicize health care knowledge to parents.

3) According to the changes and characteristics of the season, focus on publicizing the characteristics, symptoms and prevention methods of infectious diseases and epidemics that are prone to occur in this season, so that parents can understand health knowledge, take the initiative to observe children, actively cooperate with the health care work in kindergartens, and prevent the spread of diseases. At the same time, in order to let parents know more about their children's health, our garden also specially hired doctors from women's hospitals to make regular rounds in kindergartens to answer some questions about health, safety and health care.

3. Make a weekly menu according to the child's physiological characteristics and nutritional needs.

1) according to the seasonal characteristics and collocation requirements, choose nutritious food to stimulate children's appetite.

2) Through the investigation of health care teachers and nutrition, listen to teachers' feedback as the basis for making recipes, and constantly improve children's diet. On the basis of satisfying children's intake requirements for Sanying line, children can't put it down.

3) For a small number of children with diseases, malnutrition and anemia, make different sick dishes and nutritious meals according to different situations, so that these children can recover as soon as possible.

4. Strengthen the inspection of food and canteen.

1) Food procurement safety. Strengthen the quality inspection of distributed food. Once food is found to be spoiled and unclean, it will be returned, and the double purchase system will be adopted to purchase high-quality food to ensure the safety of teachers and students.

2) Regularly check and spot check the environment inside and outside the kitchen, take measures such as sewer netting and buying sticky paper, and do a good job in the prevention and control of four pests such as rats and mosquitoes.

3) Do a good job in disinfection of tableware and kitchen tools for children's meals, strictly separate raw food from cooked food to prevent cross-infection, and at the same time do a good job in keeping samples of food on that day, label them and record the date. This effectively put an end to accidents.

4) Kitchen operators shall hold valid health certificates and strictly carry out personal hygiene work. When you enter the kitchen, you should wear clean work clothes and hats without nails and rings, while the operators in the pantry should wear masks to work.

5. Strengthen the cleanliness of the campus environment.

1) A clean and tidy campus provides a good living and learning environment for children. Therefore, we divide the kindergarten into several areas and assign them to each class, which not only keeps the campus clean and tidy, but also mobilizes everyone's sense of ownership and makes the campus environment better and better.

2) Create a non-smoking area. School is a public place, and it is also an important place for children to live and study. Therefore, we set up a no-smoking sign in a conspicuous position at the school gate, and at the same time use the publicity column to communicate with parents who smoke individually, so that children can educate their parents and parents can intuitively respond to our call and put out cigarette butts when they approach the campus. In this way, our campus has become a veritable smoke-free area.

In short, over the years, our work has been strongly supported and helped by higher authorities and leaders. Facing the new situation, kindergarten health work has a long way to go. However, we firmly believe that as long as we strictly abide by the various systems and strictly control each pass, then our health work will certainly achieve greater results.
