Famous teachers are teaching practitioners. As a researcher, Mr. Yu Hongmei, the host of the famous teacher studio in Yu Hongmei, Shaanxi Province, has personally attended public classes and demonstration classes for many times, and repeatedly warned us that "the classroom is a place to show the professional vitality of teachers". Teachers leave the classroom to talk about success, there is no foundation, and their grades will not last long. Therefore, in my work, I carry out school-based research on the practical problems in the teaching process, and organize the teachers of this teaching and research group to actively participate in various training activities organized by provinces, cities and districts. 20 1910 I participated in the "National Training Plan" (2019) Shaanxi Rural Teachers' Teaching Workshop Research Project, the launching ceremony of Yu Hongmei Teachers' Teaching Workshop in Weiyang Junior Middle School and the heterogeneous activities in the same class. 20 19 12, take part in the teacher demonstration class. In the process of attending classes, I improved my professional level and teaching ability. By summing up, the teaching ideas are clarified, the methods of implementing the core literacy of Chinese by famous teachers in seamless places are observed, and the way to dilute the problems and keep the activities is found. After observing the teacher's class, I have a realm in my heart. Although I can't reach it, I yearn for it and have a direction to struggle.

Under the guidance of team teachers, I gradually learned to attach importance to tempering experience and explore different forms of teaching methods in my teaching practice. I took an active part in Ms. ——EEPO's effective teaching activity promoted in weiyang district, and was awarded as a local expert in the local expert examination held in April 20 19. In the 6th MS——EEPO Effective Education Team Classroom Teaching Skills Competition in weiyang district, I led our team of Tang poetry and Song poetry, and coached Li Bai's "Send a Friend" to win the first prize. Hukou Waterfall won the first prize of the first MS——EEPO teaching design competition in weiyang district. At the same time, actively participate in the activities of "one excellent course for one teacher and one class for one famous teacher". In the research of "Breaking the Barriers of Primary and Secondary Schools", I taught the third lesson of "The Great Tragedy".

Teacher Yu has become a special-grade teacher, but he still insists on learning, and persistence is inseparable from practice and teaching and research. Other teachers in the team are also improving. Only in 20 19 years, Mr. Liu Hong became the academic leader, and Mr. Cao Yongbing and Mr. Zhang Lin became provincial-level teaching experts, which inspired me to keep learning and improve my teaching ability. In 2020, a sudden novel coronavirus swept the world, and students stopped studying. As a teacher, I stopped studying. In view of the present situation of network teaching, I have studied the recording technology and tried to record micro-courses, such as Peach Blossom Garden, Little Stone Pond and Learning to Write and Read, to provide convenient conditions for students to learn.

I am honored to be a member of Yu Hongmei Master Studio. Here, I gained growth and learned my own smallness: here, I met a group of runners, because of their common love for Chinese, everyone got together, looked up and had a clear goal; Bow your head and keep your feet firm.
