The project manager is the mutual connection and restriction between all parts of the project, and the relationship between a single project and the superior organization. Only when the project manager has a clear understanding of the overall environment and the whole project can he make clear goals and reasonable plans.

3. The rights of the two are different.

Production managers are generally developed from production specialists and production supervisors, and the development direction is technical director, production director and lean production consultant.

The project manager has the power of production command, personnel, equipment and materials procurement and control, and technical decision-making, and the project manager has more power.

Safety matters in the construction site:

1, construction site, dormitory and other personnel without electrician certificate are not allowed to erect wires, cables and install electrical equipment without authorization.

2. The kitchen on the construction site must obey the unified planning and layout, and no separate small stove is allowed.
