working methods
1. Mix corn flour and white flour evenly;
2. Add 5g mixed flour (step 1) into yeast powder, mix it with water, and let it stand for15min for fermentation;
3. Add baking powder and sugar to the remaining flour and stir well;
4. Pour the fermented yeast paste (step 2) into the remaining flour, and add a proper amount of warm water and dough until the dough becomes sticky.
5. Let the mixed dough stand for about 10 minute (secondary fermentation) to complete the fermentation;
6. Put the mixed dough on a wet drawer cloth, add dates, and steam in a steamer for 30 minutes.
