1, prepare 1 cup of Nostoc flagelliforme, 0.5 kg of green asparagus, 1.5 cup of broth, 1/3 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon respectively, 1/3 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/3 tablespoon of sugar and 2 teaspoons of white pepper;
2. Rinse Nostoc flagelliforme slightly for two or three times, and drain the green asparagus for later use;
3. Prepare 1 pot water, and add one third of the salt to boil;
4. Blanch the green asparagus for about 20 seconds, then pick it up and soak it in cold water for one to three minutes. After cooling to room temperature, drain the water for later use;
5. Put Nostoc flagelliforme, 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp sesame oil and sugar into the pot, add the broth and heat. After boiling, turn down the heat and continue to cook until the soup is dry.
6. Cut the green asparagus into 6 cm long segments, each with 5 bundles, and pour 1 tbsp shredded Nostoc flagelliforme into the middle of each bundle. Fix and serve.
