Steps of western steak
1. Slice beef tenderloin. Slap with the back of a knife or a meat hammer. Add oyster sauce, black pepper, chicken essence and soy sauce. Put on disposable gloves and grab evenly. Finally, pour in sesame oil. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator. Marinate for more than 2 hours (I marinate for 24 hours).
2. Before frying, pat the steak with a little dry starch; Chop garlic and dice onion; Cook the snail powder for later use.
Make juice
Mix sugar, soy sauce and black pepper into juice, and mix with starch.
Put oil in the pan and stir fry minced garlic and onion.
Pour in the juice and stir well.
Pour in starch juice.
Stir-fry a few times to make black pepper juice.
4. Fried steak
Put oil in the pot.
Heat the oil to 80% heat and add the steak. Turn it down.
Turn over after discoloration and condensation.
Fry both sides, add snail powder and pour in black pepper juice.
