1. Prepare materials.
2. Dig out mango meat with a spoon and mash it!
3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
4. Stir mango paste, glutinous rice flour, egg liquid and 1/2 small bowl of water. Stir until there is no powder in appearance and the consistency is as shown in the figure.
5. Heat the pan with a little oil (non-stick pan is preferred), and then pour the batter into the pan.
6. Wipe the flat paste with a spatula, fry until one side is cooked, and then stir fry the back.
7. Generally, mature colors range from white to golden yellow. According to the amount of batter, fry it once or twice (just repeat this step).
8. Fry until both sides are cooked, turn off the heat, sprinkle sugar evenly on the thin rice, and then wrap it as shown in the picture. It tastes "rustling" with the sweetness of sugar and mango. It's really a good snack, but it was my childhood taste!
