Milk: milk with various flavors.
Meat: Goose, sardines, poultry, fish and lean meat are also rich in potassium.
Beans: red beans, mung beans, soybeans, black beans and broad beans.
Vegetables: dark vegetables (especially red amaranth, green amaranth and water spinach) and laver, kelp, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, kelp and potatoes.
Fruits: bananas, tomatoes, hard persimmons, buttercups, longan, cantaloupes, dates, oranges and mangoes have the highest content. Citrus, apples, apricots, cantaloupes, cherries, papaya and grapes also contain more potassium.
Others: chocolate, cocoa, peanuts, Yakult, potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, pumpkins, dried apricots, prunes, raisins, nuts, especially hazelnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and canned pickled products.
Note: orange juice and salt-free soy sauce are high in potassium and cannot be eaten.
