material
1, a handful of coriander, 2 peanuts, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and monosodium glutamate.
working methods
1, a handful of fresh coriander, washed to remove impurities, scalded with freshly boiled water, fished out, drained and cut into small pieces. Add oil (vegetable oil or sesame oil), salt, sugar, a little vinegar, monosodium glutamate and peanuts (fried by myself) and mix well. This is a good dish with wine! In addition, the steps of frying peanuts are attached: put a proper amount of oil in the pot, heat it to 70% to 80%, turn off the heat (this is the key to prevent the fried peanuts from pasting), add the raw peanuts that have been washed and drained in advance, fry at low temperature until the appearance becomes deeper or tasty, take them out when cooked, and naturally cool them, and then take out the delicious peanuts.
